I have recently come across Sheet Sets which is something I have never really used before. Is there an advantage to using sheet sets?

I do mainly architectural drawings, however once I have done my basic GA's I then have to do Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and more detailed room drawings. Are Sheet Sets useful for this?
