I just installed a 3 node network license which will be shared by 15 very
casual users. Is there a way to tell who has Autocad open and using a
license? I have a feeling they'll open it and forget about it.
Thanks
Chris

Open LMTOOLS, pick the Server Status tab, then the Perform Status Inquiry
button - that shows how many licenses you have and which computers are using
them.

Investigate the TIMEOUT feature, to automatically log out inactive users.
It's in your docs.

Have a look at JTB FlexReport: www.jtbworld.com/jtbflexreport
It can as well as producing graphic curves, create HTML reports that shows
who are using the licenses.

Chris,
I have a very simple batch file sitting in my launch tray. It is just these three lines:
\\server\adlm\lmutil.exe lmstat -c \\server\licensefolder -A >c:\temp\adlm.txt
type c:\temp\adlm.txt
pause
It gives me a very quick CMD shell window showing me all of the licenses of all Flex managed software that is active. A click of the space bar and it is gone.
