Network install hanging at last screen

I ran the install from the network, and it finishes everything (even Volo View) then hangs on the last screen. The progress meter shows it is complete, but only the Cancel button displays, not Finish. When that screen finally goes away (no input), AutoCAD will not initiate. We get this error:
"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 5c51fah".

We are on Win XP SP2, Firewall disabled, User/Admin rights. AutoCAD users have full access to c:\program files\autocad 2002\*.* Are there other areas or reg keys that they need access to? Maybe this should be on the 2002 discussion group?

    Thanks,
