ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE

I'm setting up our 'backup' license manager server.
How can I set the variable "ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE" by using lisp ??

ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE must be set as an operating system variable, not as an
internal AutoCAD variable. You will need to set it in Control Panel or use
a reg file or other system level mechanism to distribute the variable.

What do you mean by a backup server? Our license agreement allows
distributed or redundant server configurations, we do not document an
allowable configuration known as a back up server.
