Do you recommend upgrading Flex LM Network Manager

Should I be upgrading the network installation wizard and the network license manager with I upgrade my software?

You have to follow the minimum requrements that are for the application and
version your are going to use.

AutoCAD 2005-based products require FLEXlm version 9.2.2 or higher. If you
are currently using a version of FLEXlm that is lower than 9.2.2, you will
    need to upgrade.

This is what we are trying: In the past we have merged liceneses into one license to run on the same port successfully with FLEXlm 6.x running. We would like to merge the 2005 license into our current license. Do you know if 9.22 will handle both the new encoding for AutoCAD 2005 as well as the older encoding for 2004/Inventor8 ??

We are currently running AutoCAD 2004, AutoCAD 2005, Inventor 8 and Inventor 9 on Version 9.22. Everything seems to be working just fine with no license availability problems.
