I can merge the two contract into one, but I would have to ask the company
to pay a prorated subscription fee to make the subscription dates the
same.
Maybe they are okay with doing this.
But I really don't think they should have to do this. Maybe they aren't
budgeted to do this right now?
Just give me the darn license file for 6 licenses! :-)

Does anyone know how to bureaucratically get a single license file for
two different subscription contracts for one company.
The company has 5 civil design licenses under one contract and 1 civil
design license under another contract. So, it would make sense that
the
company could get a single license file for 6 civil design licenses.
But they can't.
The authorization department doesn't seem to understand technically
that
we can only use a single license file. Two different servers is a
pretty
silly workaround.
I had one contract for our 15 server licences, then another for 1
standalone, and a third for three more standalones we upgraded a few
years
later. Called my reseller, and they moved everything into one no
problem.
This was in June of this year. Should really be no problem unless
something has changed since then. I did do it in conjunction with
renewal,
but I was under the impression this just made it easier for the
reseller,
not that it was a requirement.
Best,
