CAN I EXPORT AUTOCAD VECTOR DRAWING INTO PHOTOSHOP???

We have some elevations we would like to bring into photoshop at hi
resolution. Can this be done using the EPS format or other method. To
rephrase my question: Since autocad contains vector graphic data can this be
converted into a hi res format for use in photoshop?

Those just become rasters in PS, try opening drawing into illustrator if
you have that, or else my best results in PS have come from opening
    pdfs.

Do you have CorelDraw? If so, write out your image to a plot file using the
old HP 7585 driver. Import the plot file into CorelDraw, then export an
Illustrator file. You should be able to open that in Photoshop.
