    Not releasing a licence.

We have a slight problem with AutoCAD network licencing. One of the
computers with AutoCAD installed has taken out a licence but for some
reason refuses to return it (we have checked and it hasnt been borrowed
    either).

We believe that the computer was abnormally disconnected from our WAN (we
didnt even know that the computer was removed from our main building in the
first place, but thats another story :)) - the WAN connection is wireless
based and connections into our corporate network are via Citrix.

Is there any way to release the licence easily?

Please let us know which version of AutoCAD it is, and what the client and
    server OS's are.

    Thomas,
    A few questions:
Are you trying to run AutoCAD in Citrix terminal sessions or is AutoCAD
installed on each work station and just pulling a license from a server?
How do you know the license is not borrowed?
    What version of AutoCAD?
What OS is running on the workstation and server?
What evidence of the unreleased license do you have?
