RICHED20.DLL net install

Anyone ever had a problem with a network install tripping on a file
named RICHED20.DLL? It's there and world writable permissions.

from the install log file:
Error 1309. Error reading from file:
\\linux\ADT4\install\AdminImage\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Office10\RICHED20.DLL. System error 5. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it. [Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2004]
