    Placing Text On Filled Element

How can I place text on an element that has been filled. Example - a box
is created and filled using outline and a color (9) is selected. I wish
to put text on top of this filled box and I want the text to be visible.
Is there a "bring to the front" command? I'm using V8

    Thanks.

Text placed after the box will automatically be 'to the front'.
If you mean the box is created after the text, then select the text and
    Edit>Bring to Front will work.
