Mulitple Users on One Checked out License

We've run into a problem where a Survey Manager checks out a license for a
tabletPC and gives it to the crew to use in the field. Once they get out
there and log on to the tablet they can't use the checked out license. It
seems that only the person who checked out the license can use the license.
Is there a way around this?

    Thanks,

    Shawn,
This is normal behavior and there is no way to change it. The best way I
know of to deal with this is to create a generic user account that everyone
will use when in the field. Just make sure that the user account is also
used to borrow the license to begin with.
