PDF plot problem

Version: Map 2005 SP 2, Acrobat Pro 6.02

I modified a layout from E size to D size and want to plot to a PDF. The
plot preview looks fine but the PDF output has a top portion of the drawing
cut off.

I have played with every plot and Adobe setting I can find and nothing
changes.

If I load the drawing into Map 2004 and plot exactly the same way the PDF
output is correct.

Any idea why this is happening?

Have you tried (i have to do this in PDF Complete) going in to your plotter
settings and creating a custm page for that size?

Yes I tried that and the same result. It's strange that it plots correctly
in Map 2004 and not 2005.

Found the answer in an earlier thread from October 28, 2004. "PDF Printing
and 2005"

Has to do with the Polygonal viewport. Workaround: Use a version of AutoCAD
earlier than 2005 to plot the PDF.
