    gdiplot7.hdi

I've moved my LaserJet 5000 printer from a Windows NT server to a Windows 2003 server in a new network domain. Due to the domain change I've had to create a new PC3 file using the system printer option. The driver used is HPGDI7.HDI and unfortunately it is very slow compared to the original PC3 file. The only difference is that the old PC3 used the GDIPLOT7.HDI driver. How do I specify the driver when I'm creating a system printer? This would allow me to use the GDIPLOT7.HDI driver as before. I've ruled out network problems by bringing the old server and domain backup.

What system driver were you aiming for?

The GDIPLOT7.HDI driver worked well before and I would like to reuse it for the new PC3 file. When I select the "System Printer" option I do not get an option to select the driver that is used. The HPGDI7.HDI is automatically used.

HP revamped a lot of drivers for WinXP/2003, sounds like you are having the
    same issue too.
