VBA application does not create a data file

VBA applications does not create a data file running on the one computer and running on another computers without problem. Statement <OPEN pathname> does not fulfill. Can anybody tell me a reason. AutoCAD version is the same on all computers (2002 rus). Operating system is Windows XP. Folder is not protected from writing.
