Margins and XP

We have upgraded to XP from WIndows 2000. I have downloaded the drivers for XP and created new PC3 files in AutoCAD 2004. We use Custom Paper Sizes and when I go to adjust my margins it will not let me change them. Please help not sure what changed from 2000 to XP

The Plotter is HP 1050C and the driver is 4.66
