You upgrade to ADT version of AutoCAD, command is built in and called
    NAPKIN.

Or you buy 3rd party tools that can do this for you, like

There also used to be a program called Squiggle that would translate the linework as it was sent to the plotter. Don't know if it's still around anywere though.

I have ADT3.0, NAPKIN is not a built in command. Which version of ADT I
    should get?

Yes it is. It's on one of the AEC pulldowns, not sitting at one to point it
    out for you.

Well, I don't think anyone can point it out if it is not there. NAPKIN was
not a buit in command in ADT3 or 3.3, it was part of subscription package
downloadable at pointA only if you are a subscriber.

So you would need ADT2004 or higher then if you do not have subscription
    access.
