Does anyone know where i can download borderfiles?
I just need a standard A4 and A3 size borderfile.
Who can help me?

There are some generic border files delivered with MicroStation.

Look under .....\Bentley\workspace\projects\examples\borders\ ....

MicroStation V8 is delivered with all common border sizes.
You'll find them in the "Examples" project.

Or, draw them yourself...here is a link to the sizes:
