Diameter Symbol %%c

When I put in the %%c for a diameter symbol it comes back with ticks instead
of the symbol. I have done previous drawings with the symbol but only lately
has it been giving me bother. Any help ?

Tone,
its a probably a font problem.
Check the used font, check if this font is available on your harddisk.
Not all fonts have the diameter symbol on board.
