Question about this newsgroups rules regarding job posts

I am an employer who needs a CAD drafter with low voltage electronics
experience for a full time permanent Florida based position with benefits. I'm
aware that some newsgroups prohibit job postings, etc and I want to respect
your rules. Can someone tell me if it is permitted to post a job announcement
on this forum and if not, is there a CAD newsgroup that permits this? Thanks.
