    FILLET WITHOUT JOINING PLINE

If you use the Fillet command, and one of the item you pick is a polyline,
the command "joins" the 2 items.
Is there a way to turn this feature off?

No, but you can EXPLODE or BREAK it afterwards.

    No.
Extend command: turn on EDGEMODE variable first. You might have to TRIM too.

Try turning the trim off on the fillet options. Then you can use the arc to trim.
