Express drop down menu for Acad 2002

Is it possible to have the Express drop down menu available for 2002.
As it is I am typing in the express commands into the command line.
Previously I have loaded the Express add on and at each individual time I restart Acad I have to type into the command line APPLOAD and load the express commands(.arx files).
Drop down menu after this sequence.

They are already linked to the support file search path.

Is it that the express commands are already built into 2002 and the above is not allowed by 2002.

In menu customization the Express menu bar is not available to be loaded.

Does anybody know anything about this?

Before Anne or Tracy directs you to the proper Autocad 2002 newsgroup, have
you tried just running the Express Tools Vol 1-9 installation from the old
VIP cd? That's if you even have the cd. You can load it from the directory
on the cd that the express tools are located with it's own installation
without going through the main installation. It works in 2000, 2000i and
    2002 that way.

If everthing is in it's place, try typing EXPRESSTOOLS at the command prompt
    to get the stuff loaded.

And actually there is a whole group designated specifically for Express
Tools and if they were installed EXPRESSMENU is another command to try.

Express Tools related questions/answer can be found in the following
