I have a system that for some reason the plot settings tab is not displayed.
I know I ran into this before and fixed it on my own and now I can't
remember what I did to get the tab back. Does anyone have any ideas.

Video Card settings and resolution?
Font Smoothing shut off?
Hardware Acceleration turned down?
Plot, Page Setup, and Options dialog boxes are slow to display
