Syntax of lefout.list

Hi,

when trying to export a lef file from cadence (tools->export->LEF) I'm
having some problems with the lefout.list file.
It's supposed to be created by cadence when I chose the designs to be
included right? Well, it's not, the lefout.list file is empty no matter
what I've tried so far.

Does anyone have a reference to the syntax of the lefout.list file so that
I can create it manually?
