    part text ¶meters

Is there a way to vary cosmetic sketch text based on a parameter? entering
    &param doesn't cut it.

    Thanks

Nothing varies without a conditional statement somewhere to test which condition
is met. How would it vary otherwise? The place for those conditional statements is
in Pro/PROGRAM, the relations section. Relations, by themselves, do not offer
if/then, do while, do until or any other kind of conditional branching. That's
    only available in Pro/PROGRAM ('Tools>Program').

This is a new one on me and I'm not sure I'm doing what you are asking; if
I create a datum sketch, Sketch / Text; in the upper portion of the dialog
there is a radio button for "Use parameter" that allows you to pick the
    parameter. (Using WF2.)

    Thanks. WF1 & 2001 don't have that option but WF2 does. Haven't tried it
but I assume that's what it does.

I have to do this in 2001.

    Thanks again
