Hello everybody. Im sathish Kumar, Technical support engineer. One of my customer is using ACAD 2004. He has got a problem in taking the print of *.tiff files using toshiba printer. When ever he gives the tiff files print in A3 size only blank page coming. But this problem is not there in ACAD 2000.

Could anyone help in giving a solution??????.

Please tell me how to download the patches from autodesk website.

The problem is the printer: when it runs out of resources (overwhelmed by
the size of the plot file) raster image files do not print.

Your user is either not using the same driver as in R2000, or needs to
upgrade memory on the printer. Making the Raster image smaller on the page
would fix the problem too.

This is not an AutoCAD 'fix', sorry.

Hello everybody!

The error is fixed.

The driver GL_PSL3 on Estudio-35 but not PCL 3 to print A3,*. tiff files to fix the problem.
