Having problem with Plotter Configuration Editor. When I goes to "Custom Properties" the pop-up only have 2 options which are
1) Layout
2) Paper/Quality tabs.

I used to have another pop-up that have 4 options namely
1) Paper size
2) Layout View
3) Options
4) Advanced - where I could set "In Computer" if printer memory runs out....

Try downloading driver from HP but still the same problem...please help...thank you

I don't think that you have REALLY installed the HP driver - it sounds like
