Hello group,
I am not familiar with MicroStation and would like to help our drawman
importing the location of labelled groundwater wells into a MS-Map (tag
data?) from an Excel file.
He found out how to import the coordinates via a CSV-file but he told
me, he had to manually type in the (quite cryptic) well labels just by
comparing the coordinates on a hard copy listing. This seems quite time
consuming and I am sure, that some wells will be miss-spelled during
this process.
I suppose that MicroStation has some way to accomplish this task and
would be very thankful for any hints.
