Can anyone tell me why when I plot a drawing using a paper size of 11" x 17" and save the drawing. Then the next person that opens that drawing and goes to plot the paper size that comes up is Executive (JIS) and they have to change is to 11" x 17" every time.

your windows driver, or your PC3 file, are set to default to that size
sheet: and every time you plot, you forget to check the 'save changes to
layout' box (or you use a custom setup that calls the undesired size).

Thanks for your response. We do not use a custom setup
and I made sure that the box is checked to save changes and
it still does it.

Do you SAVE the file after the change?

Yes, we do save the file after the change.
