I just had a customer with a similar situation although they were going to
Win2000. Install Adlm on new server, get server code, call 1-800-538-6401
give tehm S/N and server code and they will send you the new authorization
code. Pretty painless. Where it get's dicey is if you run into problems,
it's not supported very well.
