Portable licence utility - unwanted changes to system variab |

I have been using the PLU to transfer ADT 3.3 licence between my laptop and
desktop and I believe this is causing a problem. Each time I transfer the
licence it changes the system variables. For example it turns "textfill"
off, changes pick box sizes and colours and will turn the mouse pan function
off.
Is my guess correct? Is it the Portable Licence Utility casing this? If so
is there a patch, fix or work around.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

No, the PLU has no knowledge of specific products or their variables.
However, your symptom sounds like this issue with a network license:
http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS73679
Is it possible that when you have exported the standalone license that you
are using a network license at times? (Check "Help | About" to verify which
license is in use).
