When the block inserted to the drawing and rotated, for example, 300 degree I can't snap to that block using near to. I can use mid of or end of. Anyone have any suggestion how to fix this problem? Z elevation is 0. I don't have problem when the block is 0 or 90 degree. Thanks in advance.

Sounds strange, are you sure you were carefully selecting a point on the block when it didn't work? Did you try other rotations?

it only works at a certain rotation, such as 0, 90, 180, 270, but not other rotation, and only these osnap work on all rotation: end of & mid of. I'm using AutoCAD 2007 on XP operation system.

I have no clue, may depend on type of block, whether dynamic, etc. But I would think it is *supposed* to work regardless of rotation.
Can you post a drawing of the block?
