Whenever we have a color .bmp inserted into an AutoCAD dwg it always plots
out in color. (The linework plots in B/W)
We want the image to also plot in B/W.
I have set the PC3 plotter settings to plot in all black and we are using a
B/W .ctb file.

Any thoughts

Plot styles don't apply to rasters. But you can configure your plotter to
plot all colors as black in the plotter's custom properties dialog.

Plot style settings only work on AutoCAD entities, not raster images: make
your raster image monochrome OUTSIDE of AutoCAD, then re-attach.
