Do you mean the scale is lost?? If so you need to lock the viewport display |
either in the bottom of the properties box with a viewport selected, or
create an Icon and use the macro
^C^C-VPORTS;L;ON; to lock viewports and
^C^C-VPORTS;L;OFF; to unlock the viewport.
