We had some account software installed so they had to create a new plotter for this software to work. But now we can't select all of our old custom size paper. I tried to attach the old pmp to the new plotter. I tried to add them all individually but I can't add custom paper sizes. When I open the pc3 and go to "device and document setting" / "custom paper sizes" it is greyed out.

did the new printer file come with some Custom Sizes that you can edit?

No I think it is using a window driver so it doesn't have the arch and ansi paper sizes which is what I am trying to get installed.
