Does anyone know how to round down or round up to a given number of decimal places using Autolisp. I am aware of 'Fix' but this only rounds down.

RV-
Use of 'rtos' is handy for this. It rounds off as well as converts to a string, so you need to use other functions to convert to a real (atof) or integer (atoi).
