it's called convert.exe i assume you can search for it

Don't know which one you mean but there are a couple routines
on my site related to unit conversion.

One will take text with a number and make a copy of it
with the value converted, and another that'll allow Imperial unit entry
to any command and pass the metric equivalent to the command.

If you have another handy converter in mind
please post it when you find it.
