AutoCAD can't find the referenced .dwg file.

i reload the path & it still says orphaned

I believe it is when an x-ref is calling another x-ref that is lost

orphaned means its not part of that dwg and you need to open your xref managerwindow , hit browse find the orphaned file and save path,
AND DO IT TWICE!
