I'll be thankfull if anyone can help about this:

When using bolts or nuts from SW toolbox in assembly mode, and when using
smart fastener, using it on a single pc seems OK,
but when I try to open the assembly on another PC that has toolbox
installed, all the fasteners, nuts, bolts seem to loose the
reference/configurations.
The only way to correct this is to copy the entire toolbox to the other PC.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Thanks.

Toolbox needs to be installed on the network so that everyone is looking at
the same parts. I think you can find documetation on deploying that type of
set up on the solidworks website. Down side is that toolbox runs slower on
the network install

This is a VERY good question!

I just had a very embarrassing moment thanks to toolbox.
(I should have check it, but was short on time.)
I had worked on an assembly for two weeks, copied the assembly to
my notebook, took it over to my customers for them to approve.
When I opened it up, toolbox could not find the configurations
that were in the original assembly! DANG IT!
Shouldn't toolbox just ask if you want to create the "missing"
configurations?
