Anyone know what the diameter of a #3 wood utility/telephone/powerline pole
is?

All poles are tapered, large butt to smaller top.
The charts that I have only refer to the
circumference measurement 6' from the butt and the
top circumference.

Diameter is dependent on two factors:
1. Species of wood.
2. Total length of pole.

If you provide 1. & 2. I can provide the
circumference.
