where I can find the standard bitmaps used for toolbars or menus (A2004 or
A2005)?
this is dll file?
which one?

The images are stored as RC_data, so they're not easy to access.
www.cadwerx.net has a zip file of the images in the Developers section.

search this newsgroup for "BMPfromMNR"

the utility extracts bmp images from the mnr file and places individual bmp
files in the same folder
