Problem in executing MDLs/macros in multiple instances of Mi |
|
|
Hi,
I use some programs (MDL/macros) for a particular project. There are
no issues in performing this. All programs function without any
problems.
But when I open a second instance of Microstation and try to execute
the tools, Microstation hangs. The strange thing is that this happens
on execution of the programs and not when using normal microstation
commands.
Does it have anything to do with the project settings as I dont face
these problems in other projects?
Please help...
Thanks in advance
regards,
jesu

Don't use the same user name for both sessions.

hi,
try to copy the mdl to a local directory or a new directory that is
different from the one you are currently using and load the mdl.
we had the same problem once when all of our client machine tried to
load the same mdl file from the file server. solution was to copy the
mdl file locally and load it from the local directory.
