The company I work for uses civtools.....
Per our drafting standards we can not use a comma to
seperate between thousand etc. ex below
45,000.00 old standard
45000.00 new standard

Does any one have the code for civtools so we do not have to globally
change the comma out every time we use the MDL.

We also do not use Elev. we use EL instead.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks
