Hello folks, anyone can help me find:
1. SDK to read or write DGN files
2. DGN file structure or specification, newer than the one available at
http://www.wotsit.org
A specification for DGN version 4 and higher, version 7 for example or 8 if
available.
3. Applications that read and write DGN files
4. Sample DGN files

Check out Pangaea CAD Solutions' "DualCAD Edit". Not sure if it reads V8
(it's a whole new animal). Cheap but fairly powerful.
