does anybody know the keyin for changing the update sequence in
reference files?
I'am attaching automaticly a few reference files. I want the active
design file to be drawn last.

You could try self referencing the active file as the last ref file
attachment, then this would make it the last file to be drawn or placed, I
just tried it and it works in V8.1..
The command is
RF=;
