I need to annotoate a large amount of contours on a site plan, which are in
true 3d (a Z elevation).

Has anyone have a LISP routine which label these contours based on the Z
elevation.

Basically, the user would pick the contour and the location of the
annotation and the routine would label it with the corresponding Z
elevation.
