hi..i have to fabricate my design..
so there is a pdk provided..
how should i use it and when i have to use it..

You have to use it.

Use PDK provided libs.
Use their design rules.
Use their verification rules. (extraction rules, verification rules)
If you layout don't pass the DRC, the fab won't fabricate it.
