I get this error message: "Cannot open port. The port may not exist, or
another process maybe using the port."
Pleas help me if you have time :).

Did you move the plotter location on the network/PC, or get a new PC, or
install Win XP SP2?

I have got a new PC, the plotter is a network plotter. I have WinXP SP2
installed.

Guessing - your new PC does not have the IP address of the JetDirect in
Ports. Start->Settings->Printers and Faxes, then File->Server
Properties->Ports, then Add Standard TCP/IP Port.
