I'm trying to plot some elevations with the new AutoCAD 2005 that have gradient hatching. It's set to monochrome.ctb and the rest of the drawing, besides the gradient hatching, appears black and white. Is there any way to get the hatching to appear in black and white too? Thanks!

Gradient requires at least shades of gray to work, if you use the unmodified
monochrome plot style table you get no gradient, just mono output.
You will have to make your own plot style table, that color needs GRAYSCALE
and DITHER on at a minimum.
