DGN TO CAD CONVERT PLOT GREY |

I have a file that was originally dgn file, converted to cad drawing. I am running cad 2000 on win 98, plotting with monocrome. But when I plot the linework plots all greyed out. Can any one help

So you tried the usual plot style table settings, on screen color changes,
properties changes on all the entities and such to fix the problem?
Your post is low on details of items you have already tried, or what you are
plotting to/driver being used.

yes, I have modified all the line work to a standard that i use here at my work. All my files that are created in cad do not have this problem. Only dgn files converted to cad have this plotting issue.
