Dear all,
Another problem here with Autocad R14 when dealing with printers. When
we try to configure printer setting in command prompt, we are not able to
see the selection to we choose. What we can do is use another PC that does
not have this problem to configure the printers, than save it as PCS file
and transfer to the affected pc.
Is it a bug of R14? Any solution ?

SYSTEM PRINTER is your only choice in R14 in WinXP and hardware that's not
8years old.

Greetin and thanks for your reply. So you were saying if it is system
printer and the problem will exist? I have checked, the printer we try to do
configuration is not the system printer, and it is not 8 year old printer,
it is Oce TDS 400 (I think it is a new model).

Unless OCE wrote an R14 driver for you, your 8-year old R14 program will
only give you the option to plot to the System Printer.

Perhaps you do not have the correct R14 driver installed?

If the original poster has Repro Desk, there is a VIC driver for R14. Repro
Desk will correctly print a VIC on a TDS400.
